George Waters is the current head of Education for the USGA Greens Section. In a former life he has held green keeping positions at St George's Golf & Country Club on Long Island, Royal Dornoch in Scotland and Merrion in Pennsylvania.
George has also worked as a design/build associate for some of the luminaries of golf architecture including Renaissance Design, Coore and Crenshaw and Kyle Phillips. He has been exposed to projects at locations such as Barnbougle Dunes, Rock Creek Cattle Company, Rosapenna Golf Resort, Pasatiempo, Pinehurst #2 and the California Club in San Francisco.
The breadth of experience that George has attained through his years in golf is truly mesmerising. We are very glad that he has agreed to join us on the show.
